A novel approach to forming pastry strips enables accurate billet production with minimal working of the dough. Heavy and expensive change-part rollers have been eliminated. The same machine format has been adapted to give a versatile pastry sheeter.

A range of depositors allows for the delivery of sweet or savoury fills from as little as a few grams up to 0.5kg in chilled, ambient or hot condition. These depositors are widely used in the manufacture of pies, tarts, quiche and pasties.

Pastry and fill delivery systems have been developed specifically for the mini pie and quiche market.
